Four boys imprisoned on the pirate ship Black Horse decide to end the reign of terror of their captor, the cruel and mysterious pirate Finn Garreth. On their escape, they steal the key to Garreth’s treasure chamber, the curse of which stays with them in their later lives. In order to lift the curse for good, they need to undertake a dangerous journey four years later and re-open the treasure chamber. However, this requires them to face their fears and nightmares of the past.
